Key Responsibilities

  • Lead admissions and enrolment growth through strong sales strategies, parent

engagement, and outreach.

  • Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring quality education and child safety.
  • Manage staff performance, training, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain strong parent and community relationships.
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, budgeting, and compliance with school

standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to conduct Open House sessions and organize centre events (Annual Day,

Sports Day, Parent Orientation, etc.).

  • Strong focus on children's safety and overall centre hygiene.
  • Ability to monitor and support teachers and assistants to ensure high-quality

instruction and care.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
