Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall academics and school operations
• Monitor teaching quality & student performance
• Recruit, guide & supervise teachers and staff
• Handle parent communication & school discipline
• Manage admissions, timetables, events & compliance
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements

• Master’s Degree + B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred)
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Knowledge of school board regulations
