Audits & Inspections

Member of the Internal / Third party Marine & HSSEQ audit team

Assist in coordinating, arranging and timely follow up Internal & External SMC / ISPS & MLC Audits

Conducting Shipboard and Office Internal HSSEQ audits

Preparation and Participation in the Crestline Office Document of compliance, ISO 9001,14001,45001, TMSA and other such Audits / Inspections. Monitor on timely close out of Nonconformances & Observations by relevant stake holders.

Preparation, arrangement and conduct of Shipboard ISM / ISPS & ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Audits

Study & Analyze Port State Inspections, ISM / ISPS / MLC Audit (Internal & External) Reports. Evaluate & Advice the fleet with regards to the Focal areas of concern.

Maintain KPI Target for Port State Inspections, ISM / ISPS / MLC Audit (Internal & External) & Action plan for achievement of same across the Fleet

Collate Flag State / Port State Circulars and disseminate to the assigned vessels

Assist in monitoring Flag State / PSC MOU and other regulatory requirements and evaluate consequences and actions if necessary, Emergency & Crisis Management

Maintain Emergency & Crisis management contact list for shipboard marine pollution emergency plans for oil (SOPEP) and/or noxious liquid substances (SMPEP)

Maintain Emergency & Crisis management contact list for Crestline & Associated Third parties e.g. Media Consultant / Lawyers / salvage / Medical etc.

HSSEQ monitoring in relation to Safety, Health & Environment related records such as Drill /Exercises, recycling records, Accident-incident reports, investigation and analysis and corrective actions records etc.

Report Failures and Review corrective actions from investigation and analysis of accidents, marine casualties and near misses
HSSEQ System / Performance Review

Maintaining & Monitoring the HSSEQ Key Performance indicators (HSE reports) as required by vessel owners and other parties

Periodical management review of Crestline’s HSSEQ system, record findings from the reviews and propose actions if necessary.

Quarterly Management Review - participate in periodical management review of Vessel HSSEQ system, record findings from the reviews and propose actions if necessary

Requirement:

Diploma holder in related field/discipline
-
Self-motivated individual with a minimum 3-year experience in marine industries is a MUST
-
Possess initiative and able to multi-task

Tech Savvy, adaptable to working with ERP
