Role Definition:
The Principal is the academic and administrative head of the school, responsible for leading the institution towards its vision by ensuring high-quality teaching–learning processes, maintaining discipline, managing staff, complying with CBSE norms, and fostering a positive school culture with strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills to ensure overall institutional progress.
Task & Activities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to academic and administrative teams.(pre school, primary school, secondary school)
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE policies, curriculum, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor teaching quality through classroom observations, lesson plan reviews, and training.
- Oversee student discipline, welfare, and counselling mechanisms.
- Coordinate with management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise staff recruitment, performance, and professional development.
- Conduct assemblies, events, annual functions, and school improvement initiatives.
- Review safety, infrastructure, transport, and emergency preparedness.
- Prepare and monitor school budgets, academic calendars, and annual reports.
- Address grievances from parents, students, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing leadership development and academic excellence programs to strengthen strategic decision-making, school management, and the ability to empower teachers with effective leadership skills.
- Lead and oversee the school’s admissions planning, outreach initiatives, and branding strategies to enhance the institution’s reputation and visibility.
- Ensure that students consistently achieve the expected learning outcomes across all grade levels by monitoring curriculum delivery, assessments, and academic performance.
- Promote and monitor the holistic development of every child, including sports, co-scholastic activities, values education, and overall well-being.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
