We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic Principal for our school located in Saida Shareef, Dandka, Mandi Bahauddin to lead the institution and ensure academic excellence, discipline, and overall school development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (M.A / M.Sc / M.Ed or equivalent) in Education or relevant field
• Minimum 5–7 years of administrative/teaching experience in a reputable educational institution
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement academic policies and improvement plans
• Experience in teacher supervision, curriculum planning, and school administration
• Preferably female candidates will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and leadership of the school
• Supervision of academic and administrative activities
• Staff development and performance monitoring
• Ensuring discipline and quality education standards
• Coordination with management for institutional improvement

Salary Package:

PKR 30,000 – 35,000 (Monthly)
