Position: Head Mistress

Job Description:

The Educators Abbottabad is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Mistress to lead our school in delivering top-quality education and fostering a nurturing learning environment. The Head Mistress will be responsible for managing both the academic and administrative aspects of the school, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding high standards of education, discipline, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the school.
• Oversee the daily operations, including staff management, student discipline, and curriculum implementation.
• Cultivate a positive school culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all educational standards and regulations.
• Manage school resources, budgets, and facilities efficiently.
• Lead efforts to improve academic performance and student outcomes.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as a Principal or School Head.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

- Experience in staff development, curriculum planning, and student assessment.

- Familiarity with the latest educational trends and technologies.

- Candidates living near Murree Road, Abbottabad, will be preferred.
