  • ead project set up by agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer, and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure E
  • fficient methods of working M
  • anage production of work, review and ensure it is carried out to specified WSP I CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate U
  • se templates for CAD work and use CAD library items to assist design work lead the production of Templates and Library Items. A
  • gree priorities and deadlines for drawing production through liaison with the Project Engineer and ME Client team C
  • o-ordination of engineering services on projects to sure that the correct inputs are received timely and the outputs are issued after full review. E
  • nsure that work produced by the team is to specified WSP CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate U
  • se templates for CAD work and use CAD library items to assist design work E
  • nsure that all work produced by the team follows QA, document control, archiving & CDM guidelines E
  • nsure that all drawings and inputs received are correctly logged in the received registers and that all outgoing work is properly logged in the outgoing registers E
  • nsure that project folders comply with WoW and that the file structure and filing is correct L

  • eview engineer’s sketches and other design team member drawings and details with a view to querying any unbuildable / conflicting details or missing information. R
  • aise and follow up requests for information; maintain a log of open queries I
  • n conjunction with CRC Local Head identify the skills shortage and develop a programme for CAD / BIM training M
  • aintain regular dialogue with Project Engineer and ME client Team E
  • nsure that the development of skills in REVIT, Micro station, Civil 3D and ASD is documented B
  • e responsible for the sharing of knowledge with immediate colleagues and the rest of the iCRC E
  • nsure that all new skills learnt are documented and available for new starters to the team P
  • roactively support the WSP India CAD / BIM forums P
  • lan and prepare standard details for repetitive or small / routine work P
  • lan and produce templates and CAD library items to assist design work E
  • xchange information and share libraries and details with ME and other GCC teams inclusive K
