Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, BlueYonder Functional Consultant
In this role, We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modules such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and collaborate and will serve as a key advisor to business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of supply chain initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management modules.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
• Oversee and participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Blue Yonder applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and provide training to end-users and team members.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’sachelor’s degree in information and communication technology or similar
• Relevant years of experience as a functional consultant with Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management solutions.
• Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Blue Yonder modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration and Reports.
• Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management).
• Familiar with Moca commands.
• Reading/Writing SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
