Wood is seeking a Principal Contracts – EPCM Contract to join our project team supporting Ma’aden’s strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term site-based role, with an initial assignment in either our Riyadh or Al-Khobar office prior to mobilization.


The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and managing the EPCM prime contract with the client, ensuring contractual compliance and supporting project execution and governance.

  • Manage contract deliverables and correspondence.
  • Interpret contractual obligations and advise project management.
  • Review and process variations, claims, and amendments.
  • Ensure accurate commercial reporting and change management.
  • Maintain alignment with corporate and client procedures.

  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • EPCM or EPC major project experience (preferably mining, process, or oil & gas).
  • Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
