Principal Customer Success Manager
Informatica seeks a seasoned Customer Success professional to lead post sale customer engagement. The role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Success and drives adoption, renewal and long term partnership value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post sale contact, leveraging deep customer and product knowledge to drive adoption and maximize value.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to align Informatica solutions with business goals.
- Track and report on implementation and adoption milestones for customer executives.
- Promote product capabilities and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Demonstrate advanced features to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Design ROI metrics to quantify solution impact.
- Proactively address customer needs, adoption risks and renewal strategies to boost retention.
- Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams across functions.
- Prepare success reports and maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer success or related role driving adoption and retention.
- Strong understanding of customers' industry, decision making process, business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, building alignment across teams and negotiating effectively with senior leaders.
- Collaboration across teams, building support for ideas and guiding projects toward successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of hybrid software deployment, data warehousing, databases and/or business intelligence solutions.
- Experience in customer facing roles focused on customer satisfaction and utilization improvement.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
Role Essentials
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success or similar field.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
