The Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Principal Designer to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform. This role will drive design excellence across product, marketing, and brand, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer needs. As a senior member of the design organization, the Principal Designer will set the vision for design systems, lead critical initiatives, and mentor other designers while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing endtoend design work for SaaS or complex B2B products
  • Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and design systems
  • Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and accessibility standards
  • Proven ability to translate complex workflows into elegant, userfriendly experiences
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders

  • Strong desire to understand our product, target market, and direction of the company’s growth
  • Willingness to be part of the growth of the organization
  • Enjoy breaking new ground and providing solutions in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience designing for cybersecurity, compliance, or other highly technical products
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Background in branding, visual identity, and marketing design, in addition to product UI/UX
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and datadriven design iteration
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire design teams
