Principal Engineer (Pre-Bid & Detail Engineering Support – EPC Projects)

Position Overview

The Chief Engineer will lead and oversee all technical activities related to pre-bid engineering, bid preparation, and detail engineering support for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The role requires strong multi-discipline engineering knowledge, experience in oil & gas/water/pipeline/petrochemical EPC environments, and the ability to guide engineering teams toward delivering accurate, optimized, and competitive engineering solutions.


Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent; Master’s preferred.

- 15–25 years of experience in engineering for EPC projects in oil & gas, pipelines, water transmission, energy, or petrochemicals.

- Strong experience in pre-bid engineering, proposal development, and detail engineering leadership.

- Expertise in international codes/standards and EPC workflows.

- Strong communication, leadership, and client-interaction skills.


Technical Manager Pipeline Engineer (Pre-Bid & Detail Engineering Support – EPC Projects)

Position Overview

The Lead Pipeline Engineer is responsible for leading pipeline engineering activities during pre-bid, proposal, and detail engineering stages for EPC projects involving cross-country pipelines, gas transmission, water transmission, and and associated facilities. The role ensures high-quality engineering deliverables, optimized design solutions, compliance with standards, and technical coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil / Pipeline Engineering or equivalent.

- 10–15 years of pipeline engineering experience in oil & gas, water transmission, or cross-country pipeline EPC projects.

- Strong experience in pre-bid engineering, pipeline design, stress analysis, and route engineering.

- Proficiency in pipeline engineering tools (CAESAR II, GIS tools, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HCA/Risk tools, PipeSim/OLGA/WANDA for hydraulics).

- Familiarity with EPC workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and vendor engineering.


Technical Manager Instrumentation & Controls Engineer (Gas Pipeline – Pre-Bid & Detail Engineering)

Position Summary

Responsible for providing comprehensive Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) engineering support for gas pipeline projects during pre-bid, proposal development, and detailed engineering stages. The role ensures technical accuracy, compliance with client specifications, and optimized design solutions aligned with EPC project requirements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Equivalent.
  • 12–16 years of experience in instrument & control engineering for oil & gas pipeline projects (cross-country pipelines preferred).
  • Experience with EPC environment, pre-bid support, and detailed engineering.
  • Working knowledge of SCADA, PLC/RTU systems, pipeline leak detection, and telecom interfaces.
  • Familiarity with design tools like SPI (INtools), AutoCAD, and relevant calculation tools.
