Job Description: Principal (Nursing & Health Sciences)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal to lead our healthcare and nursing education institution. The Principal will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer, responsible for leading the nursing faculty, ensuring the highest standards of nursing education, and maintaining full compliance with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC) and affiliated university regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the nursing faculty, ensuring the effective delivery of the BSN and other health science programs.
Faculty Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of nursing and science lecturers to foster a culture of academic excellence and professional growth.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the institute strictly adheres to all PNMC guidelines, curriculum requirements, and clinical training standards.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily administrative operations, including admissions, examinations, student records, and clinical rotations.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term goals to enhance the institution's reputation, infrastructure, and student enrollment.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the development of internal quality monitoring systems to ensure clinical and classroom teaching meet international healthcare standards.
Institutional Representation: Act as the primary liaison between the institution and regulatory bodies, healthcare partners, and the general public.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Must hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from a recognized university. Experience: 2 years of proven experience as a Principal in a nursing college or institute.
Extensive background in nursing education and clinical practice.
Licensure: Must hold a valid and active PNMC registration.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex academic environments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu; strong public speaking and negotiation abilities.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, decision-making capability, and a commitment to the ethics of the nursing profession.
