Principal– Primary Section (Playgroup to Grade 5) FEMALE ONLY

We are looking for a qualified and committed Principal to manage and uplift the academic and co-curricular standards of our Primary Section (Playgroup to Grade 5). She will supervise teachers, plan activities, maintain discipline, and serve as a strong bridge between parents and the school. She will also play a key role in helping the school grow by increasing student enrollment through her performance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support teachers from Playgroup to Grade 5 to ensure quality teaching and learning.

Help increase student admissions by maintaining high academic standards and building strong relationships with parents.

Review and approve all academic planners, lesson plans, and schemes of work.

Maintain and enhance the overall quality of academics, co-curricular activities, and sports.

Monitor and guide the implementation of monthly and seasonal themes (e.g., Spring, Summer).

Plan and manage the yearly academic calendar and ensure timely completion of all milestones.

Organize and oversee school events, celebrations, and special activities for all primary classes.

Ensure timely and smooth conduction of class tests, assessments, and term examinations.

Maintain and supervise school décor to ensure a welcoming and educational environment.

Ensure punctuality and discipline of both students and staff members.

Act as the main communication bridge between parents and teachers.

Listen to and address parent complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

Promote a positive school reputation through quality service and leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).

3–5 years of relevant teaching or coordination experience in primary education.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage staff, handle parent queries, and resolve issues effectively.

Fluent in English with confidence in dealing with parents and academic matters.

Pay: From Rs55,000.00 per month
