Job Purpose

The Principal Solutions Architect is dedicated to ensuring presales functions are managed effectively and efficiently to meet the organization's targets, while managing strategic accounts to drive sales growth and revenue.

Job Description Leadership

Service Consultancy

• Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Act as the point of contact for pre sales customer engagements.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams on service project deliverables by developing detailed scopes of work and presenting complex ideas clearly.

Account Planning

• Provide regular reports on account performance and maintain a technology heat map.
• Manage strategic enterprise and government accounts, developing relationships with key decision makers to secure large scale deals and long term partnerships.
• Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities through effective technology planning and collaboration with the sales team.

Solution Approach

• Develop technical architecture, scope of work, and design for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Draft technical proposals for Cloud/Managed Services opportunities.

Business Enablement

• Develop technical materials and educate customers on the value of the Bespin Global proposition.
• Conduct webinars on emerging cloud technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitors to position company solutions.
• Participate in Rhythm of Business motions and critical engagements with strategic partners, vendor alliances, and account managers.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Act as a customer consultant on new trends and services, advising on optimal adoption models during new service launches.
• Serve as a key advocate for products and services, influencing partners and customers.

Compliance

• Comply with filing requirements imposed by local authorities.
• Abide by all tax reporting and payment requirements.
• Follow group guidelines and mitigate financial risks through internal controls and risk management strategies.
• Adhere to the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 requirements, participating in training and audits.

Job Specification Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Information Systems or any related field.

Professional Certifications

• Azure Solutions Architect - Expert, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect (at least one required).
• ITIL V4 (Preferred)
• Cloud Network Specialty (Preferred)
• Cloud Security Specialty (Preferred)
• Leadership and Management Certifications (Preferred)

Knowledge

• Security solutions (Firewalls, WAF, IPS/IDS, DLP, NDR, SIEM, etc.)
