Soo-Bin Industrial is seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Principal Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will lead structural engineering projects, oversee design activities, and ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of industrial and infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing structural designs, performing engineering calculations and analyses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and providing technical leadership to project teams. The Principal Structural Engineer will coordinate with multidisciplinary departments, manage project timelines, support construction activities, and provide expert guidance on structural integrity and design optimization.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with extensive experience in structural design and project engineering within industrial, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in structural analysis software and international engineering standards is essential. Professional engineering certifications and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly desirable.
