• Educational leadership:
• Develop and implement the school's academic vision and goals.
• Oversee curriculum development and implementation to meet standards.
• Analyze student performance data to drive improvement.
• Staff management:
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of teachers and other staff.
• Organize professional development programs and workshops.
• Handle hiring and firing of personnel, depending on the institution.
• Operational management:
• Manage the school's budget, resources, and supplies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling and maintenance.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
• Student and parent engagement:
• Address student discipline and counseling needs.
• Meet regularly with parents to discuss student progress.
• Organize school events and functions.
• Compliance and communication:
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Liaise with the school board, local authorities, and the community
