WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a DevOps Architect at Hybytes, you will lead the design and execution of next-gen cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions. You’ll be responsible for:

• Architecting AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Leading CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (using Terraform and Kubernetes).
• Ensuring that systems are designed to be secure, resilient, and cost-effective.
• Mentoring DevOps teams and elevating DevOps culture across the organization.
• Solving real-world scaling challenges in tech-heavy industries.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Passion for scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Strong security mindset for cloud architecture.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in delivering world-class cloud infrastructure solutions.

1. You have a solid foundation in software engineering and have experience building and deploying complex systems.
2. You are proficient with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes, and have worked in a cloud-native environment.
3. You enjoy automation, solving problems through Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring systems are scalable and resilient.
4. You have a curiosity for system performance and enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues.
5. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle ambiguity with ease.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

1. Initial Call: We’ll discuss your experience and the role.
2. Take-home Task: Work on a DevOps task that demonstrates your technical skills.
3. Final Interview: We’ll dive into system design and behavioral questions to assess your problem-solving and cultural fit.
