Role:
Printerpix is seeking a Print Partner Manager to identify, evaluate, and onboard new personalised print partners (PSPs) across the UAE, Gulf, and India regions.

Negotiate competitive pricing, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with PSPs.

Maintain strong working relationships with PSPs to ensure smooth production, quality control, and timely fulfilment.

Audit and assess PSP performance based on turnaround time, quality, cost, and reliability.

Coordinate with internal production, design, and operations teams to align PSP capabilities with product and market needs.

B2C Logistics & Carrier Management

Source and finalize partnerships with B2C last-mile logistics and courier companies across the target regions.

Negotiate cost-effective shipping rates, service terms, and delivery SLAs to support e-commerce operations.

Monitor logistics partners’ performance, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Develop scalable logistics strategies for future expansion into the UK, EU, and USA markets.

Account & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for PSPs and logistics partners.

Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted order fulfilment.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess and improve performance.

Market Research & Expansion

Research new potential PSPs and logistics carriers in assigned regions.

Stay updated on market pricing trends, new technologies, and regional logistics innovations.

Prepare expansion plans and partner recommendations for new territories (UK, EU, USA).
Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in partner management, vendor sourcing, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in e-commerce or printing sectors.

Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to evaluate vendors, compare pricing, and manage contracts.

Understanding of regional logistics networks in the UAE, Gulf, and India.

Proficient in MS Office/Excel, vendor management tools, or ERP systems.

Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple external partners across countries.
Future Scope:
After successfully setting up PSP and logistics partnerships in the UAE, Gulf, and India, this role will expand to include partner sourcing and logistics setup in the UK, EU, and the USA.
