Print Production Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and organized individual to help support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on, all-around role for someone who’s flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with various shop tasks as they come up throughout the day
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Moving materials, boxes, and finished goods around the shop
• Pickups/deliveries when needed
• Taking out trash, maintaining cleanliness, and helping keep the shop organized
• Counting and organizing printed materials for fulfillment
• Assisting team members across production, finishing, and general operations

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving materials, etc.)
• Reliable and punctual

SOME REQUIREMENTS:

- background check will be conducted before hire

- Experience in print industry a plus

- Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

- Flexible with scheduling (40+ hrs. / week with overtime pay, weekdays and weekends)
