Currently, we're expanding our team to include a general print shop technician who shares our commitment to excellence.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and responsible person to support our production capabilities. This role involves a wide range of tasks including operating graphic production equipment, minor graphic design work, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in sign production or a related field, with a strong understanding of Adobe Illustrator.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate variety of graphic production equipment: large format printers, lamination machine, and vinyl cutters.

- Carefully prepare and package finished products for shipment.

- Collaborate with the team to meet order deadlines and contribute to a positive workplace.

- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment.

- Embrace learning opportunities to advance your skills in graphic production and sign making.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn

- Experience in a production environment

- Ideally, familiar with large format printers, plotter, and laminators

- Ideally, familiarity with Adobe Illustrator

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to follow directions closely

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
