Job Title: Printer Technician

Location: Kuwait

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Printer Technicians to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of printers and related equipment. Preference will be given to candidates from India, the Philippines, or Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and set up printers and multi-functional devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to printers.
• Repair or replace faulty components to ensure optimal printer performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Printer Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of printer brands such as HP, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, etc.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting printing hardware and software.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Valid visa and work permit for Kuwait.
• Candidates from India, the Philippines, or Egypt are preferred.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
