Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Graphic Designer & Production Specialist to join our vibrant and close-knit team in Sunrise, FL. This critical position is primarily responsible for the timely completion of designs, proofs and print orders. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for visual storytelling to help elevate our clients’ brands through creative design and print.

This position is required to provide –

· Prompt and regular communications and updates to customers.

· Coordination with team members

· Status updates of orders to other team members, office manager and management.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide proofs of print orders promptly to customers.
• Upload and place orders with vendors as per vendor specifications.
• Promptly act on any feedback from vendors on orders placed.
• Monitor progress of orders to ensure that orders are on track for completion before promised date.
• Operate digital printing press.
• Check quality issues of in-house printing during printing

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, in a commercial Printshop or similar high demand work environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and print production processes.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
