Printing Press Production Manager

Emenac requires a Print Production Manager who will be having a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Managing employees by providing guidance and feedback on how to improve their performance
• Ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Managing the workflow in a print shop by scheduling employees’ shifts, monitoring quality control, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Developing relationships with suppliers to ensure that they can meet the demands of the company’s production schedule
• Establishing budgets for projects and setting standards for quality control to ensure that projects are completed within budget
• Coordinating with marketing staff to plan promotional activities such as contests or giveaways to increase brand awareness
• Directing the overall workflow of a print shop, including managing employees, establishing production schedules, and overseeing quality control
• Leading teams of employees to complete projects such as brochures, posters, magazines, books, or pamphlets
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and materials needed to complete projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
