About the Role

We are hiring a reliable, hands on Printing & Production Assistant to support our wide format printing and small format production team. This position plays a key role in producing custom stickers, banners, name badges, and signage while helping keep jobs on schedule and maintaining quality standards.

This is a fast paced, in house production environment. We are looking for someone detail oriented, dependable, and willing to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vinyl weeding, trimming, laminating, and packaging
• Load materials and prep jobs for printers and cutters
• Operate or learn to operate UV flatbed and roll to roll printers
• Monitor print quality and check finished products before shipment
• Perform basic machine cleaning and daily maintenance
• Support production leads with day to day shop tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized production space

• Laser Cutters and CNC Routers

No experience with all equipment is required. We are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Prior print shop, sign shop, or hands on production experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with your hands and production equipment
• Detail oriented with strong quality control awareness
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
• Basic computer skills required

Graphic design experience in Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
