Screen Print Production Assistant

Catawba Creations is a leading provider of decorated apparel in the southeastern United States.

Our services include screen-printing, embroidery ,DTF and graphic design. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and quality apparel.

We are seeking highly motivated screen print production assistants. This job relies heavily on being able to work quickly and accurately in a team setting. We are willing to train but those with prior screen print experience (in a production facility) are encouraged to apply!

Candidates need to be highly organized, able to multi-task, and follow detailed instruction given by management. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug screen. This position requires you to be on your feet 8 hours a day and have great communication skills.

The duties of this job include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Reading and comprehending work orders, packing slips, and production instructions.

2. Counting and preparing garments for print.

3. Catching finished print goods at the end of the dryer.

4. Folding, inspecting and boxing finished print goods.

5. Fulfillment of retail ready garments to include stickers, hangtags, folding and bagging.

6. Shipping orders upon completion.

7. Cleaning and maintaining print shop work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
