Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, manage machine operators, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities across printing, finishing, and packaging sections
• Coordinate with machine operators (Offset, Digital, Die-Cutting, Lamination, Binding, etc.)
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely job completion
• Ensure quality control at every stage of the production process
• Assign tasks to team members and track performance
• Solve production issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain production reports, job cards, and material usage logs
• Ensure machinery is maintained and production areas follow safety standards
• Coordinate with the Estimation, Procurement, and Sales teams for job planning

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the printing industry
• Strong knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Digital, Flexo, or Packaging)
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication and team-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and production documentation
