Private Ambassador Assistant - Part Time
Position
Our Louis Vuitton Michigan Avenue flagship boutique is seeking a highly organized, agile, and innovative Part Time Private Amabassador Assistant to join its incredible team. This individual will assist our Private Ambassador by providing outstanding, first-in-class service to VIP clients, on behalf of the PA team, in conjunction with ensuring all processes are completed efficiently in line with the standards of the brand. You will ensure smooth operations to enable the store team to enhance their time spent with Clients and deliver stellar service.
Job responsibilities
Job Duties & Responsibilities • Provide effective support in a fast-paced environment to retail Ambassador team. • Coordinate and lead daily prioritization, scheduling, client appointments, oversee client orders, and travel plans, etc. • Liaise, collaborate, and ensure smooth execution with internal and external parties for business-related issues. • Prepare client communication, elevated appointments/gestures, metric reports and meeting minutes, etc. • Engage in any ad-hoc assignments.
Profile
Key Requirements & Proficiencies • Have at least 2 years or more solid working experience in an administrative capacity. • Maintain outstanding organizational skills in both oral and written communications. • Be proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience with X-Store is ideal. • Possess high integrity and respect confidentiality and be able to maintain composure and activate troubleshooting strategies when needed. • Have a positive demeanor, client relationship building skills, and an innovative spirit. • Be proactive, agile, organized, presentable and detail minded.
