• Provide safe transportation for staff, guests, and clients
• Ensure to deliver service to highest standards while adhering to all policies and procedures
• Maintain vehicle mileage logs
• Drive courteously and safely
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Drive our vehicles, accompanying customers to meetings and job sites
• Conduct route checks, fuel inventory checks, and vehicle maintenance checks
• Fuel vehicles and maintain safe driving record
• Update vehicle logs and log complaints
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and copying as needed
• Process expense reports
• Pay attention to weather conditions to avoid delays
• Provide customer service by welcoming customers and answering their questions
• Manage vehicle inventory
