Private Investigator - Quality Manager

We are a growing private investigation agency seeking a Licensed Qualified Manager to oversee compliance, ensure legal standards, and support case operations in accordance with Texas regulations.

This is an opportunity to partner with an ambitious, fast-growing agency and play a key role in building a reputable investigative firm from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Qualified Manager for the agency
• Ensure all investigations comply with Texas laws and regulations
• Review case files, reports, and investigative procedures
• Provide guidance on best practices and legal boundaries
• Assist with licensing, audits, and regulatory communication
• Be available for consultation on active cases as needed

Requirements

• Must meet Texas Qualified Manager requirements through the Texas Department of Public Safety
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable investigative experience
• Active Private Investigator license in Texas
• Strong knowledge of:
• Surveillance laws
• Evidence handling
• Report writing standards
• Ability to provide oversight in a contracted capacity

Compensation

• Contract-based (monthly retainer or per-case structure)

Job Type: Contract
