We’re looking for a warm, dependable Nanny & Household Manager to care for our toddler son, Leo, and help keep our household running smoothly. Leo is an active, curious little guy who loves being outside, exploring, and learning through play. We’re hoping to find someone nurturing, organized, and proactive who is excited about a long-term role with a family.

About Our Family

We’re a young family living in the Evanswood Neighborhood of Maple Grove. Both parents work outside of the home, but will occasionally work from home offices. We also have a small, friendly dog who may need the occasional let-out during the day.

We’ve had great caregivers in the past and are now looking for someone who wants to settle into a stable, long-term position and become a trusted part of our household.

The Role

This is a blended nanny + household support role. Childcare always comes first, with household responsibilities handled during naps or downtime.

Childcare Responsibilities

• Daily care and supervision of our toddler
• Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and enrichment
• Supporting routines for naps, meals, and play
• Encouraging development through hands-on, interactive learning

Household & Home Support

• Keeping the home tidy and organized
• Loading/unloading the dishwasher and light cleaning
• Some laundry and meal prep
• Keeping supplies stocked and organized
• Occasional errands (grocery runs, household needs)
• Letting the dog out as needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (80 guaranteed hours per 2 weeks)
• When our family travels with Leo, this is not treated as paid time off; the role continues during scheduled hours with household and home-support responsibilities.
• Start Date: End of April/Early May
• Pay: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
• Commitment: 1 year minimum preferred

Time Off & Benefits

• 8 paid days off per year (vacation, personal days, or illness)
• Paid holidays when they fall on scheduled workdays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

• Guaranteed weekly hours
