Job Overview

Tacon 1 LLC is actively recruiting professional security guards and independent security contractors across the State of Colorado to support ongoing contracts, temporary assignments, and special events.

We are seeking reliable, professional, and disciplined individuals who take pride in providing high-quality security services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with military, law enforcement, or prior security experience who are looking to work with a growing security and risk management firm.

Assignments may include corporate security, mobile patrol, event security, executive protection support, and property security operations, depending on experience and certifications.

Pay

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour

(Pay dependent on experience, certifications, and assignment)

• W2 Security Guards

• Temporary and event-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional security presence at assigned locations
• Conduct patrols and monitor properties to deter criminal activity
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents
• Complete incident reports and activity logs
• Provide access control and monitor entry points
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and emergency services when needed
• Maintain professionalism and strong situational awareness at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain applicable security licensing within the State of Colorado
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have excellent communication and professionalism
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Military experience
• Law enforcement experience
• Prior security, executive protection, or investigative experience
• Current Colorado guard license or local security certifications
