Job Summary

Duties

• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students’ individual learning objectives and curriculum standards
• Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in person or via online learning platforms, utilizing innovative learning technology tools
• Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize understanding and retention
• Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom dynamics and encouraging active participation
• Utilize classroom management techniques suitable for different age groups, including early childhood education and special education needs
• Support students in developing study skills, confidence, and motivation to excel academically
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate progress, challenges, and strategies for continued success

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
