PRN / Per Diem Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) – 1099

EdemaCare is seeking Certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLTs) to join our PRN / Per Diem 1099 Independent Contractor pool as we prepare to expand coverage in the Atlanta, Georgia market. This role offers flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality lymphedema care in the home health setting.

Pay (1099 – Flat Rate)

• $120 per evaluation / reassessment
• $90 per treatment visit

Schedule

• PRN / Per Diem
• No minimum visits or fixed schedule
• Accept assignments based on your availability
• Visit frequency and time in the home must follow the patient’s plan of care

Responsibilities

• Perform lymphedema evaluations, reassessments, and treatment visits in patients’ homes
• Deliver evidence-based lymphedema care per physician orders and plan of care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate patient progress and clinical findings to support continuity of care
• Coordinate care with other disciplines involved in the patient’s treatment
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license as PT, OT, PTA, or COTA
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) (LANA-recognized program required)
• 1+ year of home health experience (lymphedema experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and computer skills
• Bilingual skills a plus

Independent Contractor (1099)

• This is a true 1099 independent contractor position
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
• No uniforms or equipment provided; clinicians must supply their own scrubs or professional attire
• Patient supplies will be provided

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting during patient care activities
