As-Needed Registered Nurse (BSc Nursing)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122002.
Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:30am- 5:30pm) & (5:00pm -9:00pm).
Employment Type: As Needed (This is not a full-time or part-time position).
Pay Range: Rs.1,500 – Rs.2,000 per shift.

Position Overview:
VitalCheck Wellness India Private Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to support an outpatient clinic located within a global wealth management organization in Gurgaon. This role requires a highly professional individual who can deliver high-quality clinical care while efficiently managing day-to-day clinic operations in a corporate healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the physician with patient care.
• Manage overall clinic operations.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, including assessments and vital signs.
• Perform specimen collection, including phlebotomy.
• Provide wound care and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinate follow-up care and referrals.
• Educate patients on preventive health and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and organizational protocols.

Requirements:

• Active, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) registration with the Haryana Nurses & Nurse-Midwives Council (HNNMC).
• Registration must comply with Indian Nursing Council (INC) regulations.
• Must be legally authorized to practice in Haryana, India.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience in clinic or practice management.
• Background in casualty or emergency medicine preferred.
• Experience in family practice or urgent care will be considered.
• Diverse clinical experience is an added advantage.
• Active basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.
• Preventive medicine–oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proficient with computers; strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122002 (no relocation assistance provided).
