• Handle all immigration and visa processes (employment visas, renewals, cancellations, exit permits if applicable)
• Process QID (Qatar ID) applications and renewals.
• Liaise with government departments such as: Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour and Qatar Chamber.
• Manage company trade license renewals and official documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Submit and collect documents from government portals and service centers.
• Coordinate medical tests, fingerprinting, and other onboarding requirements.
• Assist employees with government-related queries and processes.
• Track deadlines for visas, permits, and licenses to avoid penalties
