Key ResponsibilitiesPRO Responsibilities
- Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes for employees.
- Handle labour cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, MOL & immigration approvals.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other government entities.
- Manage trade license renewal, establishment cards, and company documentation.
- Track visa expiry dates and maintain accurate employee records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to management and departments.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and office documentation.
- Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and basic HR coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a PRO or Admin Assistant in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government procedures.
- Experience dealing with Immigration, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, and GDRFA.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
