PRO & Admin Assistant

Key ResponsibilitiesPRO Responsibilities

  • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes for employees.
  • Handle labour cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, MOL & immigration approvals.
  • Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other government entities.
  • Manage trade license renewal, establishment cards, and company documentation.
  • Track visa expiry dates and maintain accurate employee records.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to management and departments.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and office documentation.
  • Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and basic HR coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a PRO or Admin Assistant in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government procedures.
  • Experience dealing with Immigration, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, and GDRFA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Generalist: 2 years (Preferred)
