
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all government-related documentation and transactions
- Process employment visas, QID applications, and labor contracts
- Manage trade license issuance and renewals
- Coordinate with authorities such as the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labour
- Process applications through Hukoomi and Metrash2
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor, immigration, and commercial regulations
Additional Requirement:
- Prior knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Company formation in Qatar
- Share transfer procedures
- Amendments to commercial registration
- Updating Articles of Association
- Coordinating with relevant government departments for corporate changes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PRO experience in Qatar
- Strong understanding of company incorporation and legal documentation
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Transferable visa with NOC (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
