PRO (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all government-related documentation and transactions
  • Process employment visas, QID applications, and labor contracts
  • Manage trade license issuance and renewals
  • Coordinate with authorities such as the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labour
  • Process applications through Hukoomi and Metrash2
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor, immigration, and commercial regulations

Additional Requirement:

  • Prior knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • Company formation in Qatar
  • Share transfer procedures
  • Amendments to commercial registration
  • Updating Articles of Association
  • Coordinating with relevant government departments for corporate changes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of PRO experience in Qatar
  • Strong understanding of company incorporation and legal documentation
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Valid Qatar Driving License
  • Transferable visa with NOC (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
