Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Purpose:

We are currently searching for a qualified and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Legal Services with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of government procedures, legal documentation, and compliance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all government-related transactions, including visa processing, residency permits, labor cards, and employee documentation.
  • Liaise with Ministries, Immigration, Courts, and other government authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, official letters, and applications.
  • Manage court-related documentation and coordinate with legal advisors regarding case files and legal procedures.
  • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, company registrations, and statutory permits.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all legal and government transactions.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and inform management of any impact on company operations.
  • Assist in resolving labor disputes and employee legal matters in coordination with HR and legal departments.
  • Represent the company before government authorities for official submissions and approvals.
  • Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is processed within required timelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor and immigration laws.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience as a PRO or in Legal Services.
  • Strong knowledge of government and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. ( Arabic and English)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with labor and immigration laws is an advantage.
