MARKETING COORDINATOR - ARABIC SPEAKER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution & Brand Guideline Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing materials are produced, procured, deployed, and clearly visible.
  • Verify strict adherence to brand guidelines, including logo usage, colors, fonts, messaging, and visual hierarchy.
  • Monitor execution across stores, digital platforms, aggregator platforms, and physical collaterals.
  • Identify, report, and coordinate corrections for deviations from approved standards.

2. In-Store & Operational Coordination

  • Conduct in-store checks to assess campaign visibility, collateral availability, and brand presentation.
  • Coordinate with Operations to resolve execution or service issues affecting customer experience.
  • Document operational challenges and track resolution status.

3. Brand Identity Maintenance

  • Maintain brand consistency across stores, digital platforms, corporate materials, and events.
  • Ensure all customer-facing communications reflect approved brand tone, accurate offers, and correct information.

4. Digital Platforms & Customer Communication

  • Monitor brand presence on all digital platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, coordinating with Operations for resolution.
  • Maintain records of complaints, actions taken, and recurring issues.
  • Escalate serious or repeated issues to the Marketing Manager.

5. Corporate & Business Development Support

  • Represent the brand to corporate clients and offices.
  • Communicate brand offerings, corporate discounts, and catering/bulk order options.
  • Coordinate internally to confirm pricing approval and operational capacity.
  • Maintain documentation of corporate engagements and agreements.

6. Events & Catering Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with event coordinators and external organizers on branding and catering requirements.
  • Ensure event-related brand execution meets company standards.

7. Marketing Procurement Coordination

  • Identify and manage marketing-related procurement requirements (collaterals, branding materials, promotional tools).
  • Prepare and submit requests to Procurement/Finance and track delivery status.
  • Ensure timely deployment of procured items and alignment with campaign timelines.

8. Reporting & Brand Impact Documentation

  • Consolidate and prepare reports on execution status, brand compliance, customer feedback, operational challenges, and procurement status.
  • Highlight recurring risks or issues affecting brand image or customer experience.

9. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate daily with Marketing Manager, Operations, Content & Graphic teams, Videographer, and Procurement.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and follow up until resolution.
