PRO Typist – Notary & Sales Contract Handling

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PRO Typist to manage government documentation, notary services, and sales contract typing. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE government portals and legal documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle typing and submission of legal documents through UAE government systems
  • Prepare and process Notary Public documents, affidavits, MOUs, powers of attorney, and declarations
  • Draft, type, and coordinate sales contracts and commercial agreements
  • Liaise with Notary Public, courts, and government departments
  • Manage documents via Dubai Courts, TAMM, GDRFA, MOHRE, and other portals
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE laws and regulations
  • Track application status and follow up for approvals and completions
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records (soft & hard copies)
  • Support management with legal and administrative documentation

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as a PRO Typist
  • Strong knowledge of Notary Public procedures and sales contract documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Dubai Courts, Notary systems, and typing centers
  • Excellent Arabic and English typing skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and legal documents professionally
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
