Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and teams, managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.

- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to facilitate communication, streamline processes, and achieve organizational goals.

- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of company licenses, permits, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in fast-paced environments or specific industries like public relations or government liaison.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM systems is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, especially for roles involving interaction with government entities or clients.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently
