PRO HAC VICE COUNSEL

SERVICE TO: Managing Attorneys of HLBS Law

POSITION TYPE: Contract, Flat Fee

HLBS Law represents clients with legal and regulatory matters involving FINRA® Arbitration/Enforcement, SEC Representation, Civil, Criminal, White Collar Crime, Form U-4 Expungements, and Form U-5 Expungements. HLBS Law provides high quality and focused representation for clients, handling matters with the state and federal government.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Colorado-based law firm, HLBS Law, is looking for an attorney licensed to practice in Arkansas to serve as our Pro Hac Vice counsel for a state court matter. Experience with FINRA, state security regulators, and court room appearances are preferred but not required. Our team will draft all the pleadings for your review. We anticipate this case will not settle initially and will require dispositive motion practice.

EXPECTATIONS OF SERVICE

· Research, reviewing and filing documents

· Brief appearances before the court

· Research and understanding of the local civil procedure rules

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be licensed to practice in Arkansas

· Basic litigation experience

COMPENSATION

· $375/flat fee for expungement cases. Hourly rate for non-expungement cases.

· As HLBS continues to handle more cases in Arkansas, it is our hope to extend this contract to the right candidate as cases are brought in.
