Position Overview
The PRO / Liaison Officer handles all government-related processes and supports company documentation, visa work, licences, and administrative tasks. The role also manages bank-related transactions and ensures smooth coordination with external authorities and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and all labour and immigration requirements.
- Process Emirates ID, medical tests, work permits, and other employee documentation.
- Coordinate with government bodies such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, and other relevant departments.
- Handle company licences, commercial registrations, permits, and renewals.
- Submit, follow up, and collect documents from government offices when needed.
- Maintain organized records of all company documents, renewals, and official paperwork.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and government regulations.
- Handle bank transactions including cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, account updates, and submission or collection of bank documents.
- Manage utility payments, company subscription renewals, and other external service-related tasks.
- Support administrative work such as filing, document preparation, deliveries, and any assigned office tasks.
- Assist employees with government and administrative requirements.
- Represent the company during government inspections or official visits.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on document status and upcoming renewals.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience as a PRO or Liaison Officer in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration procedures, and government portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
