Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PRO Services Specialist to manage all government-related processes and documentation with a strong emphasis on proposal drafting and submission. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and governmental authorities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of permits, licenses, and approvals. You will also be responsible for preparing well-structured proposals to support business initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, and submit official proposals, applications, and requests to relevant government departments and agencies.
  • Liaise with government authorities to facilitate approvals, renewals, and document clearances related to company operations.
  • Manage visa processing, labor permits, company registration, and other government-related documentation efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in proposal preparation and submission.
  • Monitor and track the status of submitted proposals and documents to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain organized records of all correspondences, permits, and proposal documents.
  • Provide advisory support to internal departments on government regulations and procedural requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and supporting documents for proposal submissions.
  • Draft clear and professional proposals tailored to the requirements of specific government bodies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the proposal and documentation process to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a PRO specialist, government liaison officer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in proposal writing and documentation related to government approvals.
  • Excellent knowledge of local government regulations, labor laws, and visa procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in [local language(s)] and English is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with government departments or regulatory bodies.
  • Familiarity with digital government portals and online application systems.
