Probate Attorney

Consilio is working with a law firm in New Jersey seeking an attorney who is licensed in New York or New Jersey to handle probate matters.

Hours : 40 hours per week, but will consider candidates on a part time basis as well

Start date : ASAP

Duration : Position will last at least two weeks

Pay Rate : $80

Work Location: Hybrid (Newark, New Jersey or Staten Island, NY) - Remote most days, with occasional meetings at the firm's offices.

Requirements:

• Experience handling probate/administration matters.
• Prefer candidate with recent in-house experience.
• Needs to be barred in NJ or NY (pref. NJ).
