Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Giza. The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including advising clients on market conditions, prices, showing properties to potential buyers, and guiding clients through the negotiation process and closing procedures. The role also involves developing relationships with new and existing clients to drive sale.

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer service and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Previous experience in real estate or property management is a must
Holder of a relevant degree or certification in real estate or a related field
Fluency in English and Arabic
