Process Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Process Automation Engineer to design, program, and optimize automation solutions for industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, and process instrumentation, along with a strong understanding of control strategies for continuous and batch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Process Automation Systems including DCS, PLC, and SCADA platforms.
• Develop and optimize control strategies, process logic, and PID control loops.
• Integrate and calibrate field instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, level, and analyzers) into automation systems.
• Conduct FAT, SAT, and commissioning for process automation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in process control systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Ensure compliance with ISA, IEC, and industry-specific standards.
• Collaborate with process engineers and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, training manuals, and support client operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Control Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in Process Automation / DCS / SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and industrial control systems.
• Experience with Siemens, Emerson, ABB, Honeywell, or Yokogawa DCS/PLC platforms.
• Understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and control strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
