We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer/Developer to join our technology team. This role bridges advanced machine learning engineering with practical application development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, while also integrating them into scalable, user-facing products. You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from data preparation and model training to coding APIs and embedding AI features into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Engineering
Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for various business use cases.
Develop robust data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable inputs for AI systems.
Deploy models into production environments with attention to scalability and performance.
Application Development & Integration
Translate models into usable features within customer-facing or internal applications.
Build APIs, SDKs, and service endpoints for AI-driven functionality.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to embed AI seamlessly into products.
Operational Excellence
Implement monitoring, testing, and retraining strategies to keep AI systems reliable.
Follow MLOps and DevOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
Document workflows and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn).
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (particularly Azure) for model deployment.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to move between research, engineering, and application contexts.

Desired Experience

3–6 years in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or related roles.
Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems at scale.
Exposure to product development cycles and agile practices.
