Process Coordinator - Execution & Follow-Up Specialist

We are seeking an action-oriented Process Coordinator who excels at follow-through, ensuring processes are not just documented, but consistently executed and completed on time across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Accountability:
- Be the primary driver responsible for closing the loop on cross-departmental tasks, initiatives, and process changes.
- Establish and manage robust tracking systems to monitor project milestones and adherence to new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure deliverables are met and processes are followed correctly.
- Process Design & Documentation:
- Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design practical, executable processes that minimize delays.
- Document all new and revised processes and SOPs clearly and concisely.
- Tracking & Reporting (Google Sheets Focus):
- Develop and utilize tracking tools, primarily in Google Sheets, focused on action items, deadlines, and status updates.
- Use advanced Google Sheets features (e.g., conditional formatting, data validation) to flag overdue tasks and alert responsible parties immediately.
- Generate regular "Getting Things Done" reports that highlight completion rates, pending issues, and root causes of delays.
- Act as the internal point person to address execution roadblocks, escalate risks promptly, and facilitate solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a role requiring high levels of coordination, execution management, or project tracking.
- Execution & Communication (Non-Negotiable):
- Demonstrated expertise in follow-up: Proven track record of consistently driving tasks to completion and holding stakeholders accountable in a positive, professional manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tracking systems and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong persistence and bias for action—a true "gets things done" attitude.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets for deadline tracking, reporting, and building simple dashboards.
- Experience with project management or task-tracking software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
